International Symposium “Migration in Crisis: the Case of Poland and Ukraine”, Lviv, Ukraine (3rd September 2015)

International Institute of Education, Culture and Relations with Diaspora has a great honor to invite you to participate at the International Symposium “Migration in Crisis: the Case of Poland and Ukraine”.

The current crisis conditions in Ukraine provoke many challenges. One of the most important of these is the migration of Ukrainian labor force. Poland as a neighboring country is deeply involved into the uncontrolled migration processes of Ukrainians. This problem seems really urgent to deal in the context of Ukrainian European integration and visa regime liberalization.

We presume that your participation shall provide a comprehensive understanding of improvement regulation mechanisms of Ukrainian migration to Poland and of the development of Ukrainian migration policy that meet EU standards.

The Symposium is to be held on 3 September 2015 at the main building of National
University “Lviv Polytechnic” (address: Lviv, S. Bandery str. 12).

Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, we are unable to cover your travel from Poland; however, we are happy to provide you with accommodation and meals for the duration of your stay
